Genesis Pure products that can help with common ailments:

 

1.  Digestion problems:
a. Core: Daily Build, Liquid cleanse, and Go-Yin
b. Probiotic - gut flora imperative for good health, helps regulate the bowels
c. Hydration - Dehydrated, balances fluid levels, sodium helps aid in digestion, kids can also use

If you have overactive digestion (loose stools) take baby steps on the liquid cleanse, and it is more important to get Mila in your system.  Also, if you have ulcers, be careful with Daily Build, need baby steps up to full dose.

Note:  Cardioclean is not recommended unless you are on NO meds for cardiovascular issues.  When you gets off your meds, that is when to take Cardioclean; also if you have a family history of cardiovascular issues but no signs of it yet and are on no meds, that is a good reason to suggest it.

How to stop a cold?
a.  probiotic  make sure intestines are happy (can take up to 5 pills twice daily)
b. silver to kill bugs
c. immune 6 - help boost immune (if you have auto-immune disorder don’t use)
d. noni, acai, mangosteen - avoid sugars, but take your GP juices to kill off bugs and lower inflammation
e. orgainc sulfur - lower inflammations, makes your body bitter and bugs don’t like that
f. Clove/oregano drink - use one or the other
g. Use Tea Tree oil as anti-bacterial rather than gel, topically


How to stop a headache?
***ask yourself, have you had a bowel movement?!  This could be a cause - Get a bowel movement (Up cleanse and probiotic, limit solid foods, increase hydration)
***are you dehydrated?
•    peppermint oil,
•    GoYin and Mangosteen
•    hydration; pro-arginine,  energy, e2, Moomiyo, put a little (up to 1/2 scoop) in of each in 10-12 oz water and drink!

Allergy bomb - for quick relief
1 oz Mangosteen
1/2 - 1 tsp sulfur
1-2 drops lemon
1-2 drops peppermint
1-2 drops lavender

How to get a bowel movement
Increase liquid/capsule cleanse temporarily (2-3 droppers in the morning, and then 2 droppers every 2 hours until you have a movement).  You can even combine both capsule and liquid cleanse.  Drink plenty of water (add hydration if needed) and restrict solid food.  Make sure you are taking probiotic.

ALWAYS
Use essential oils with carrier oils!  You will absorb the oils better AND it will help your skin from becoming sensitive to them.
Use GLASS containers with oils when putting them in liquid to drink.  The oils may leech nasty chemicals from any plastic.
