Besides Genesis Pure nutritional coaching,

I also provide personal fitness training and fitness class

training at the Tellico Village Wellnes Center in Loudon, TN.

You don't have to be a member of the facility to train with

me personally or to take one of my classes - 

they sell guest passes:

Daily guest pass: $6 each  -  5 visits guest pass: $25 ($5 each)

25 visits guest pass: $100 ($4 each)

           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

I have been a personal fitness trainer now for over 25 years.  I have worked at various health clubs such as Optimus Health and Fitness in Jefferson City TN, Primo's Gym in Maryville TN, The Rush (now Gold's Gym) in Maryville TN, Court South in Knoxville TN, and currently at the Tellico Village Wellness Center in Loudon TN.   I am a certified personal trainer with certificates from AAAI/ISMA and APEX. 

I'm very meticulous about teaching good form.  I use progressive general fitness training for beginners, and muscle confusion principles for the advanced as my primary approaches to training so that you don't ever plateau, and you keep seeing progress in strength and endurance.  I have countless techniques and exercises to keep your muscles guessing what's next, and it's proven very effective with great results over the years.  But of course, I will tailor the workout to your needs and goals.  

The picture of me leg pressing 1,562 pounds on my home page is proof that it works.  I have genetically skinny legs, but after years of building strength and endurance throughout my body, you can see that even though my legs are still slim, I've come a long way in making them relatively strong, and you can accomplish your goals too if you'll stick with it! 

My personal training fees are $39 per hour, $20 per half hour (plus you would have to purchase one of the guest passes).  I am also open minded to training clients at their residence or preferred place of exercise if they have the equipment to do so.

           FITNESS CLASS TRAINING

 

I offer 3 classes at the Tellico Village Wellness Center:

 

1. Kickboxing 4:30pm to 5:30pm every Monday 

High intensity aerobic workout with moderately loud, high intensity music - just bring a sweat towel and plenty of hydration for this class.

 

2. Stability Ball - 3:30pm to 4:25pm every Monday

In this class, we work on balancing your strength, endurance, and flexibility with free weights and a stability ball.

You would need to bring a mat, a stability ball, and any dumbbells you'd like - I'd recommend 5lbs, 8lbs, & 10lbs for beginning ladies, and men should add 15lbs to 25lbs to the set.

For the first few times you try it out, you could borrow a stability ball, a mat, and some weights from the exercise storage room, and if you bring your own you can store them there as well.

 

3. Fit and Tone - 9:45am to 10:45am every Friday

Full body strength and endurance training with dumbbells and body weight.

Please bring a mat for this class along with your dumbbells, sweat towel, and hydration drink.

 

All you have to purchase in order to take any of my classes is a daily guest pass - the classes are free once you're in the wellness center!
